Every team in TeamStores.AI gets a stable iCal feed URL parents and players can subscribe to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any other client that speaks ICS.

The feed updates within minutes when schedules change — no manual sync, no exports. Tokens can be rotated from the admin console if a feed needs to be revoked.

Setup

Get connected in a few steps

1Open your team's admin → Integrations → Google Calendar.
2Click 'Connect Google Calendar' and approve the consent screen.
3Pick a sync direction: pull only, push only, or two-way.
4Cron syncs every 30 minutes. The legacy iCal feed at /api/cal/[token] still works for read-only subscribers.
