Set up in 4 steps
Mint an API key in TeamStores.AI
Open Org Settings → API Keys. Click 'New Key', tick the scopes you need (events:write, messages:write, etc.), and copy the value once. Keys are SHA-256 hashed at rest — we cannot show them again later.
Open Zapier and search TeamStores.AI
On Zapier, click 'Create Zap', search for 'TeamStores.AI', and pick it as your trigger or action app. Click 'Connect a new account'.
Paste your key
Zapier will prompt you for a Bearer token — paste the API key. We validate it against /auth/test instantly; on success, Zapier remembers your connection.
Build your Zap
Pick from 4 triggers (new team, new event, new order, or any webhook event) and 3 actions (create event, post message, add roster member). Map fields with Zapier's drag-drop UI and turn the Zap on.
