Privacy Policy

TeamStores.AI Sport, Inc. ("TeamStores.AI," "we," or "us") operates the TeamStores.AI platform (the "Service") to help coaches, parents, and athletes create team gear stores, communicate, and manage rosters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account. Email address, name, role (coach, parent, athlete), team affiliation.
• Content. Items you upload — logos, store copy, messages, athlete profiles, highlight reels.
• Usage. Pages visited, features used, referrer, search terms inside the app.
• Device. IP address, browser/OS, device identifiers, push tokens (when notifications are enabled).
• Payment. Card metadata is processed by Stripe; we never see the full PAN. We retain a payment reference and the billing email.
• Third-party. Information passed by social sign-in providers (with your consent) and by integrations you connect.

We use personal information to provide and operate the Service (account access, order processing, shipping, support), to improve the product, to keep the platform safe, to comply with legal obligations, and — only with your consent — for product analytics, marketing, and communications.

We share data with the vendors and processors listed in our public subprocessor list. These vendors process data on our behalf under written agreements that contain GDPR-grade safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, use your privacy dashboard, or contact us at privacy@teamstores.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. When a family registers an athlete under 13, we require verifiable parent consent (recorded in our COPPA consent log) and we do not use the child's data for advertising. Parents may review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time via the privacy dashboard.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you delete your account we soft-delete it for a 30-day grace period and then purge personal data, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).

We protect data with TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, role- based access controls, MFA for staff, and continuous monitoring. Read more on our security posture page.

We are based in the United States. When we transfer data outside of your country we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or vendor-side adequacy mechanisms. Visit our Data Processing Agreement for details.

We'll update the version number and effective date at the top of this page when material changes are made and notify account holders via email. Older versions are available on request.
