Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the TeamStores.AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age of consent in your jurisdiction) to register for an account; younger users must have verifiable parent consent.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Examples of prohibited activity include violating others' intellectual-property rights, distributing malware, scraping the platform, or attempting to circumvent our access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in this conduct.

Your content stays yours.You retain ownership of any logos, copy, photos, video, and other content you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant TeamStores.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

Our platform stays ours. TeamStores.AI retains all rights in the platform itself, including software, designs, and trademarks.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Order pricing, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by the individual store's policy and by applicable consumer- protection laws.

You can close your account at any time from your privacy dashboard. We can suspend or terminate the Service or your account if you breach these Terms or if continued service is no longer commercially reasonable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYTE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). IN NO EVENT WILL RYTE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE FEES YOU PAID TO RYTE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (ii) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold TeamStores.AI harmless from any third-party claim arising from your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We'll update the version number and effective date at the top of this page when material changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
