How do I delete my TeamStores.AI account?
Visit /me/privacy → 'Delete my account'. Confirmation flow includes a 30-day grace period — you can cancel anytime within that window if you change your mind.
What happens to my data after deletion?
Within 30 days of confirmed deletion: coordinator profile + roster + email-marketing-consent flags are removed. Order data is retained per Stripe's compliance requirements for refund + tax purposes (typically 7 years).
Will my active stores be deleted too?
Yes — all active stores under your coordinator account close automatically when account deletion completes. Buyers with active orders continue to receive shipping updates; future orders are blocked.
Can I export my data first?
Yes — /me/privacy → 'Export my data' returns a JSON file with all coordinator + roster + store + order data tied to your account. Recommended before requesting deletion.
