Dashboard → Orders shows live status. Buyers look up via /track without login.
Where do I see all my orders?
Dashboard → Orders tab. Filtered by status (pending / paid / fulfilled / refunded). Click any order for full detail including buyer info, sizes, and shipping tracking.
How do buyers track their own order?
Buyers visit /track and enter their email + order ID. No login required. Order status + shipping tracking link surfaces. Mobile-friendly.
When do orders ship?
Direct-to-player orders ship within 5-7 business days of store close. We aggregate orders to minimize shipping cost while still hitting the close-to-shipped window.
What if a buyer wants to change their order?
Before fulfillment: buyer can email support@teamstores.ai. After fulfillment: standard return/refund flow at /track using their email + order ID.
