How we count what we count
Every number on our marketing pages is queried live from the platform's own database. No surveyed claims, no extrapolated industry estimates, no third-party audit (yet). This page documents exactly how each one is computed.

“Active stores”
Count of team_stores rows wherestatus = 'active'. Excludes drafts, closed stores, and any store the coordinator has paused. Refreshes on every page load (no cache).
“Paid + fulfilled orders”
Count of orders wherestatus IN ('paid', 'fulfilled'). Pending checkouts and abandoned carts don't count. Refreshes on every page load.
“Verified-purchase reviews”
Count of reviews rows wherestatus = 'approved' AND verified_purchase = true. Verified-purchase = the reviewer placed a paid order through the same store before submitting feedback. Refreshes every 30 minutes.
Weekly auto case studies
The 3 stories on /stories labeled “updated weekly” are generated each Monday from the top-3 stores by trailing-90-day gross sales. Anonymized to broad region + sport (e.g., “a Southwest swim team”). Stores with the cohort-insights opt-out flag are excluded.
What we don't claim
- These numbers are not third-party audited. We're evaluating G2 and Capterra listings for that step.
- Individual store outcomes vary. The 0 aggregate review average is descriptive, not predictive.
- We don't survey customers separately to verify self-reported revenue. The numbers we publish are the ones the platform itself processed.
